Life on Board
On most yachts, someone always ends up with the smaller room.
Not on Adara Next.
All four cabins are queens. All the same size. All with their own bathroom. Four couples, four equal retreats.
She is a brand-new Sunreef 60. Her metallic hull shines in the Greek sun.
She leaves Athens and sails into the western Cyclades.
Serifos, with its white Chora high above the bay. Sifnos, famous for its pottery and its kitchens. Kimolos, small and untouched, with water in every shade of blue.
Mornings start in the forward cockpit. Lounge seats. Trampoline nets. The sea rushing beneath you.
Then the flybridge. Its glass-window roof lets the light pour in, while keeping the sun off your shoulders.
At anchor, the swim platform opens to the sea.
Two Seabob F5S pull you through the blue. Two paddleboards explore the coves. Snorkel gear shows you the reef.
Behind the 90 HP Zar tender, the water skis and wakeboard come out. Towables bring the laughter.
Rinse off under the deck shower. Then lunch, served alfresco.
Afternoons are slow. Sun on the trampolines. A nap in the shade. A swim whenever you like.
As the sun sets, everyone gathers at the table. Fresh fish, local wine, island stories.
Inside, the salon is elegant and calm. A perfect place when the evening cools.
A crew of four looks after everything. Captain Stan moved across from sister yacht Adara First, and the team works together with ease.
Equal cabins. Equal comfort.
Everyone wins.
