Life on Board
Think of the finest resort you have ever stayed in. Now set it on the water.
That is Majesty of Greece.
She is a brand-new Fountaine Pajot Power 67. The flagship of their power catamaran range. Twin Volvo engines. Smooth, stable and quiet.
She leaves Nea Peramos, just west of Athens, and heads into the Saronic Gulf.
Aegina first, with its harbour and ancient temple. Then Palaia Epidavros, where a sunken city lies just below the surface. Swim over ancient walls in the morning. Visit one of the greatest theatres of the ancient world by evening.
Then Poros, with its clock tower and narrow channel. Then Hydra, elegant and car-free.
Mornings begin with breakfast on deck. The galley is on the upper level, so you can chat with the chef as he works.
At anchor, the toys come out.
The Seabob pulls you through the blue. Two paddleboards and two canoes explore the coves.
A wakeboard and two pairs of water skis behind the Highfield tender. Two ringo rides for the laughter. Ten sets of snorkel gear, so nobody waits.
Lunch is prepared by Chef Hector. Fresh, creative and beautifully presented.
Afternoons belong to the foredeck. The jacuzzi waits, with nothing but sea ahead.
Or climb to the flybridge. Sunbeds. Panoramic views. The islands drifting by.
At sunset, cocktails in the cockpit. Dinner under the stars.
Five cabins wait below. The owner's suite has a generous dressing room, a cosy sofa and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Four queen cabins, each with its own bathroom.
A crew of four takes care of everything.
Five-star comfort. Ancient wonders. One unforgettable week.
