Life on Board
Ad Astra means "to the stars". By the end of the week, you will understand why.
She sails from Athens toward the Cyclades. The islands rise one by one from the deep blue Aegean.
Paros, for its fishing villages and white lanes. Milos, for its coloured cliffs and sea caves. Mykonos, if the evening calls for it.
Days begin on the flybridge. Coffee, deep cushions, and a view that runs to the horizon.
By late morning, you are anchored in a quiet bay. The hydraulic platform lowers. The stern becomes a beach club.
The toys come out. Race the jet ski along the coast. Glide through the water on two Seabobs. Rise above it on the E-Foil.
Paddle a SUP into a hidden cove. Take a kayak along the cliffs. Water skis and a wakeboard wait for the brave, in adult and kids' sizes.
Lunch is served in the shaded aft cockpit. The chef works with fresh local ingredients. Everything is made to your taste.
Afternoons move forward. The foredeck has sunbeds and a jacuzzi. The yacht rests at anchor. Time slows down.
Closer to Athens, the Saronic Gulf offers another rhythm. Hydra's stone harbour. Spetses and its quiet coves. Poros and its lively waterfront.
In the evening, sunset drinks on the flybridge. Dinner under the open sky.
Then the stars come out. Far from city lights, the Aegean sky is unforgettable.
Five cabins sit across the twin hulls. A spacious master suite with a large en-suite bathroom. Four queen cabins, each with its own bathroom and sea views.
Every couple has its own private space.
A crew of five handles the route, the restaurants and the water sports.
You only need to look up.
