Life on Board
Danlou is what happens when a charter veteran builds a yacht.
She is a brand-new Sanlorenzo SL96 Asymmetric, delivered in 2026. Her owner has chartered for years and knows exactly what matters. Every detail is deliberate.
The beds are dressed in IZZARI linen, 100% Italian cotton, Oeko-Tex certified. Dinner is served on Bernardaud porcelain from France, with Christofle silver. The chef is Michelin-trained.
And then there is the chase boat. A brand-new SACS Strider 11, with twin 400 HP engines and room for fourteen. Most yachts charge extra for one. On Danlou, it is included.
Use it on an east-west adventure, from Athens to the Dodecanese.
Cruise out through the Cyclades to Amorgos and Astypalea, the butterfly-shaped island with a white Chora under a Venetian castle.
Continue to Kos and Nisyros, a volcanic island where you can walk into the crater.
Then Symi. Pastel mansions climb the hills around one of the most beautiful harbours in Greece.
With the right paperwork, cross to the Turkish coast for a day. Bodrum and its bays are close by.
On board, the asymmetric design is clever. Sanlorenzo moved the side deck to one side, so the main saloon grows wider and brighter. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the sea inside.
The full-beam master has a skylight overhead. Two doubles and two flexible twins complete the layout.
The flybridge has a lounge and dining area. The bow has sunpads with shade and a convertible table. An exterior bar and alfresco dining finish the picture.
Zero-speed stabilisers keep things calm at anchor.
A crew of five handles every detail.
Brand new. Beautifully considered.
