Life on Board
Option B is a classic in the best sense.
She is a Benetti Classic 121, with a full-displacement hull. She moves steadily and quietly, at around 13 knots. She burns little fuel. And she feels solid and serene at sea.
That makes her perfect for a slow, beautiful week in the northern Cyclades.
Leave Athens and head for Kea, the closest of the islands. Terraced hills, old stone villages and quiet bays. Anchor at Otzias and swim before lunch.
Continue to Kythnos. Kolona's sandbar joins two perfect bays. Further south, the hot springs at Loutra flow straight into the sea.
Then Syros. Ermoupoli, the capital of the Cyclades, is all marble squares, neoclassical mansions and a tiny opera house. Few islands feel this elegant.
Finish at Tinos. Dovecotes, marble villages and some of the best tavernas in Greece.
On board, the interiors echo classic Benetti style. Large windows. Warm woods. A main saloon with formal dining, and a skylounge for evenings in.
The master sits on the main deck, with a king bed and its own sauna. A VIP, two doubles and two twins complete the layout. Every cabin is en-suite, and each has a Pullman berth for extra flexibility.
Outside, the sundeck is huge. A bar, a jacuzzi and plenty of sunbeds. The perfect place for sunset drinks.
Zero-speed stabilisers keep her calm at anchor. A tender and a good selection of water toys are ready when you stop.
Captain Yiannis has commanded luxury yachts since 2009. The chef placed second at the Mediterranean Yacht Show chef competition – twice.
Steady, elegant and quietly excellent.
