Life on Board
Think of your favourite boutique hotel. Now give it a new sea view every morning.
That is Valium 67.
She leaves Athens and crosses into the Aegean at an easy 12 knots. Calm, steady, quiet.
The Saronic Gulf is close. Aegina, Hydra and Poros make perfect first stops.
Further out lie the Cyclades. Kea, with its hidden bays. Andros, green and wild. Tinos, with its marble villages and excellent food.
Her shallow draft is a quiet advantage. She can anchor close to the beach, where larger yachts cannot go.
Step off the stern. The water is right there.
Glide under the surface on the SeaBob F5. Explore the reef with the sea scooter and a snorkel mask.
Paddle along the shore on two SUPs. Try the wakeboard, the monoski or the water skis. There is a set for the children too.
Or simply float. The floating sofa was made for long, lazy afternoons.
Lunch is served on board. Fresh, unhurried and prepared by the crew.
Afternoons move up to the flybridge. Wide sun pads. Uninterrupted views. Nothing on the horizon but islands.
Inside, the living spaces open fully to the deck. Light flows through. The sea is always in view.
At sunset, music plays on the outdoor sound system. A drink is poured. The day slows to a stop.
Five cabins wait below. Each is en-suite and air-conditioned.
The owner's suite has a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom to rival the finest boutique hotels. One twin cabin converts to suit couples or children.
Wi-Fi keeps you connected. The watermaker keeps fresh water flowing.
A crew of four handles the rest, with personal service and total discretion.
Space. Silence. Comfort.
And the whole Aegean outside your door.
